OPERA HOUSE PICTURES. Quite a unique entertainment was presented at tho Opera House last evening, when Professor Barrass and _ his marionettes appeared for the first time, For a special show week attraction \,hi management havo been fortunate m 'securing the services of tho professor, who with his world of little people, the embodiment of wit, proves indeed excellent as an entertainer. The Professor has travelled the world, and everywhere has met with unlimited success, consequently Palmcretoninns can bo sure of an excellent evening's performance'at the Opera Houso this week. An entirely new change of pictures was also presented, which was quite up to the ordinary standard of excellence. FULLERS' PICTURES. ''Who's Who at the Zoo," besides displaying lions, tigers and many other well-known animals of tho world, gavesome interesting pictures of various ani. mals and birds which aro nearly extinct. This picture, which was displayed for the first time at His Majesty's last evening, attracted a good deal of attention, giving lovers of animals a raro treat.' "Davey Jones in the South Seas" was a most realistic comedy. The story is a new otiK for the cinematograph and is worked out with the aid of a crowd of blacks, who act their part quite admirably llirousrlioufc. "Elephant Racing in Tcrak" was a uniqiio sight, in which four exciting heats wero contested before crowds of enthusiastic natives. Tho many other subjects screened helped to form a monster programme of unusual excellence.
