ST. PAUL'S BRIDGE.
THE PLAN DISAPPROVED,

The House of Commons, on a division, by 156 to 89, sent Saint Paul's Bru go Bill back to committee because the plan did not give a direct vista of Saint Paul s Cathedral. . The Corporation of London is nnlavomablc to the scheme of placing the bridge further westward, on the ground that it would cost ton to twenty per centum more.
