EARTHQUAKE AND FLOOD. (Bi Electric TELuaiuPH-CoPYBiQnT.) ( (Per Prkpr Abrogation.) i - MEXICO CITY, June 14. ] Another severe earthquake 6hock opened a new crater of the Colima volcano. Both craters arc now belching forth fire and lava. Twenty persons are reported to t have been drowned by the washing away of Santa Eulalia, near Chihauhua. Heavy ] rain caused tho floods, TROUBLE AGAIN BREWING. MEXICO CITY, Juno 14. It is reported from Chihuahua that three thousand Federals are patrolling the city, keeping out a large force of insurgents desirous of entering, Bloodshed is feared. The insurgents shot dead a Federal lieutenant who shouted "Viva Reyes."
