TN PURSUANCE and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," The New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, and their Amending Acts, the Oroua Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of deepening, improving and reconstructing a drain to be known as the Main Outlet Drain from the Oroua River to the Long-burn-Rongotea road, the Oroua Drainage Board authorises the raising of a Special Loan of £4400, to be known as Special District No. 1 Loan, ; under the before-mentioned Acts, and for the purposes before named; and that for the purpose of providing the interest, principal and other charges on the said Loan of £4400 the said Oroua Drainage Board makes and levies the following Special Rates 'upon the ratetable value of all rateable property of the Special District No. 1 on all properties Classified as Firstclass to two-fifths of a penny iii the pound. On all properties Classified as Second-class of four-nineteenths of a penny in the pound, and on all properties Classified as Third-class of twonineteenths of a penny in the pound, and that' such Special Rates shall be annually recurring rates during tho currency of such Loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of May and first day of November in each : and every year during the currency, of such Loan being a period of 36} years, or until the Loan is fullv paid; I That the cost- of raising tho Loan and tho first year's interest he. paid out of Loan.
