He intends delivering a series of speeches, visiting in turn Waimate, Oamaru. Riverton. Invercargill. Ashburton, and Akarna. When in Otago lie will reply to the speech given by the Hon. J. A.' Millar, at Dunedin. Later he will address rmblic meetings in Wellington and Auckland. v
