The Governor of Hawaii, Yice-Presid-enfc of the "Hands Around the Pacific" Club, whereof Sir Joseph Ward has accepted the presidency, in a letter to the Director of the'lmmigration Bureau, says: "I'hope our several Governments will seriously take up the matter of bringing'all the Pacific lands_into closer fellowship, so that wo may jointly invito Europe and America..to visit us. The Club proposes to entertain Sir Joseph Ward and the Australian Premiers returning from the Coronation via Honolulu, when matters of Pacific interest will be discussed.
