NO-LICENSE RESOLUTIONS.

AUCKLAND, Nov. 7. At a largely-attended No-License rally held to-night (Mr Wesley Spragg, president of the New Zealand Alliance, presiding), the following resolutions were carried: — , (1) "That the Government be requested to accede this session to the just demand for equality voting at the licensing polls by removing ' the three-fifths handicap, and substituting the democratic principle of majority vote." (2) "That in addition to local option, we urge the Government this session to give such legislation ae will enable the electors to vote on Dominion option as a distinct and ..separate issue."
