ALLEGED PERJURY.

(Pes Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 29. As a sequel to the recent case in the Supreme Court, Charles Nodine was today charged before Mr Rid«lell, S.M., with committing perjury by swearing that the signature to an agreement between Robert Hanah and himself was not his (accused's) signature, whereas in truth and fact he did sign it. Accused, who reserved his defence, was committed for trial.
