(Peb Pbebs Association.) LONDON, May 27. Tho Congress on tropical agriculture was a great success. Special interest was ehown in the discussion on numerous important papers, including the British and colonials, especialy that by Mr Guthrie> of. Sydney, agricultural expert on scientific wheat growing. Mr Dunstan, principal of the South Eastern Afgricuitural College, Kent, was elected President of the International Association of Tropical Agriculture, by acclamation.
