Five hundred men employed on the Blue Mountains railway deviation works have struck owing to their pay being stopped for the holiday on Friday, the occasion of the King's funeral. Tho Liberal and Reform Association Conference adopted resolutions in favour of a return to the old system of issuing electors' rights for State election with a view of stopping impersonation. The Bill for the Reform of the Legislative Council reduces the members of the Assembly to 72. MELBOURNE, May 27. The Mount Lyell returns from April 21st till May 18th inclusive, are —32,192 tons of ore treated, also 60 tons of purchased ore. The converters produced 620 tons of blister copper, containing — copper, 614 tons; silver, 52,039 ounces; gold 944 ounces. NORFOLK ISLAND, May 27. Arrived. —Cambrian.
