OUTBREAK AT CHANGSHA
(Br Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) (Per Presb Asbociation.) HONGKONG, May 25. Rioters burned the Lutheran Chapel and many dwellings in Chandhia, in the north-west of Changsha. It is believed that the missionaries had previously gone to Hankow. LONDON, May 25. Reuter states that the anti-foreign feeling is widely preached with the connivance of officials in the Changsha district, who are anxious to divert attention from their shortcomings. Received Mav 26, 10.5 a.m. HONGKONG, May 25. The mobs at Yiyong burned hundreds of houses. The officials fled from the town and left it to the mercy of the rioters. Several villages were destroyed.
