AUCTION SALES. MALCOLM'S FURNITURE SALE,

Mounsey and Co. remind buyers of the monster clearing sale of new furniture to be held to-morrow on behalf of the Malcolm Furnishing Co.. Ltd., in their large shop in the Square. A glance at the advt. will suffice to show those furnishing or replenishing what class of goods are to be sold, and the instructions given to the auctioneers are to realise on everything in the shop in order to wind up the estate, so that buyers may rely on obtaining everything required in a home at tKJir own prices to-morrow at 1 p.m. This will provide an excellent chance for anyone_ contemplating matrimony, as they will probably save sufficient money to furnish in magnificent style, and have plenty left to have a long honeymoon trip also.

Gorton and Son, Ltd., hold a sale of native land at Taipo road, Rongotea, on Wednesday, June 1. The property comprises fifty acres, is rich fattening pasture, and would make an ideal- dairy , farm.
