The opinion is hardening that Mr Redmond does not intend to seriously embarrass the Government in connection with the application of the guillotine on Monday to the Budget motion. "DUMPED COLONIALS." Received April 14, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, April 13 Tho Liberal newspapers characterise the Imperial piopeers who are lecturing in England as "dumped colonial protectionists," and ridicule their claim to bo non-political. Mr Frank Fox, an Australian journalist, and Mr D. O'Connor, a N.S.W. politician, spoke at a. meeting of the League of Frontiersmen, and acted as stewards at the opening of a meeting at Walworth. The speakers were severely heckled, and asked to say who delegated them to speak in England. MESSRS O'BRIEN AND LLOYDGEORGE. Received April 14, 8.5 a.m. LONDON, April 13. Owing to the veto debato Mr O'Brien's statement in referenco to Mr LloydGeorge's interview was postponed till Monday.
