The Federal electors in Victoria number 803,699, the women exceeding the men by over 11,000. The Department of External Affairs is advised from London that several Australian woods are suitable for the manufacture of aeroplanes. The demand for such wood is enormously increasing. A caucus of supporters of the State Ministry has decided to vote "Yes' on the financial agreement when it is submitted to the Federal referendum.' SYDNEY, March 15. Following New Zealand's lead, a number of leading supporters of sculling are promoting a big handicap race, probably to be held at the end of April, or the beginning of May, on the Paramatta. A broken pea-rifle the hoy had been carrying wa6 found near by. It is surmised the boy shot his sister accidentally and took his own life in remorse.
