NAPIER, March 9. Tiie civil action ,Assignee in .Bankruptcy v. Lavinia Patterson, a claim for restitution of moneys alleged to have been wrongfully transferred to defendant bv her husband, which occupied occupied the attention of the Supremo Court for two days, was struck out by agreement this afternoon, a settlement having been arrived at by the parties. Defendant co'isented to pay the Assignee between £3000 and £4000 for distribution amongst her husband's creditors.
