(Per Press Association.! SEOUL, March 7. A murder league has been discovered at Seoul as a result of investigations into the attempted assassination of the Premier. A prisoner admits that a plot existed with a branch at Vladivostock to murder the Korean Cabinet and the leading Japanese officials. The death of Prince Ito was connected with the scheme. Fifteen arrests have been made.
