BRITISH ARMY ESTIMATES.
TWENTY-SEVEN MILLIONS. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) LONDON, March 4. The Army estimates total £27,760,000. Mr Haldane explains that the increase of £325,000 is due to the striking success of the County Association's efforts to fill the ranks of the Territorial units. The total regular establishment ehows an increase of a thousand men and recruits offering exceed that number. Two large dirigibles will be shortly available.
