SALE BY ORDER OF THE MORTGAGEES. Messrs dalgety and company, LTD., have been instructed to sell by public auction, at the Company's Rooms, Queen Street, Palmerston North, on the 19th day of February, 1910, at 12 noon, the following property:— ALL THAT parcel of land situate in Palmerston North containing 1 acre 3 roods and 39 perches, more or less, being Lots numbered from 1 to 8 (inclusive), 24, 26, 43, 45, and 47, on a plan of Subdivision of Lots 7 and 7a of Sections 241 and 242, Palmerston North, and being the whole of the land comprised .in Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 178 Folio 4, and part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 144 Folio 174. Lots 1 and 2 above mentioned have been sold under an agreement for Sale and Purchase dated the 24th day of September, 1908, at the price of £153 10s, of which sum the purchaser has paid £20 ,and the balance thereof, namely, the sum of £133 10s, is payable on the 18th day of August, 1910, and bears interest in the meantime at the rate of £6 per centum per annum. Lots 43, 45, and 47 above mentioned have also been sold under an Agreement' for Sale and Purchase dated the 26th day of September, 1908, at the price of £150, of which sum the purchaser has paid the sum of £36 6s, and a further instalment of £8 14s is now payable, and the balance, namely, the sum of £105, is payable on the 26th day of September, 1910, and bears interest at the rate of £6 per centum per annum.
