Flat Races: The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b) to carry 101b penalty, and for every additional race 61b extra. Hurdle Races: The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of ■ weights to carry 101b penalty in the hurdle race, of two or more hurdle races 211b penalty. CONDITIONS.
