(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) LONDON, Feb. 8. Dr. Martin Exenburg, the chemical scientist, who was imprisoned for sending bombs from London to M. H'ammar and M. Sjoholm at Stockholm in October last, has died of apoplexy in Brixton Gaol, where ho was awaiting extradition to Sweden. Ellis, the china dealer, who was remanded at the Bow Street Police Court in November last, on a charge of obtaining £500 from Charles John Dickins by means of false pretences, has been committed for trial.
The Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, fearing the effect of the port of London maximum rates, has resolved to be represented by counsel at the forthcoming inquiry into the schedule.
