PENALTIES. Flat Races: The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, if handicapped under Bst 101b) to carry 101b penalty, and for every additional race 61b extra. If handicapped at Bst 101b or over to carry only half above penalties. Hurdle Races: The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry 10lb penalty in the hurdle race, of two or more hurdle races 211b penalty. CONDITIONS. Races 4, 6, and 8 on each day are open -to all horses. . No deduction will bo made from tne -advertised -stakes.
