THE RECENT ENQUIRY. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AT CHRISTCHURCH. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 7. The Post states-it is rumoured that the legal proceedings more than once referred to by the Prime Minister in connection with the Income Tax Department will probably be taken at Christchurch, and that the amount, involved is repre-, sented by many thousand of pounds.
