A DOMESTIC TRAGEDY.
(Pee Pbess Association.) AUCKLAND, Dec. 29. .Geo. Oliver, a resident of Kingsland, who is alleged to have been drinking lately, is stated to have called his wife into the bedroom and fired two shoS at her the through one of her hands, ine wiie 5 S rushed Oliver and wr<*ted the revolver from him. Oliver tnen rut his throat with a razor. He was taken to the hospital badly injured, but is expected to recover.
