CABINET MINISTER INTERRUPTED. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) ;Per Phkss Association.) Received Nov. 17. 9.20 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 16. Mr Robert Urc addressed a meeting at Watford. There were many interruptions and ejections, and he was unable to speak for half an hour. London pickpockets were present in largo numbers expecting disorder. Horn, of the Bank of Adelaide, in a letter to the Standard enclosing 100 guineas to the Unionist working-man candidates fund, eaid apparently the Socialist theory was that nobody was entitled to anything except the man who had not got it. Possibly soon in England it would be held criminal to own anything except a vote, and not even that unless pledged to the Socialist
