A mooting: of the debenture holders in tho Banks Meat Compariy was held for tho purpose of receiving the bal-ance-sheet and Receiver's report for the past twelve months. Tho balance-sheet showed a very satisfactory result, upon which the Management Committee and Receiver were congratulated. Arrangements were made for conducting business on an extended scale for the next twelve months. The Management Committee was re-elected for a further period of three years. DUNEDIN, Nov. 8. The lawn tonnie match. Canterbury v. Otasro, was played here to-day, and resulted in .a win for the former by 10 matches to 8, with one game unfinished.
