WELLINGTON, March 19. At the W.C.T.U. Convention the correspondence secretary's report waa adopted. During the year nine new branches were organised, and the membership increased from 1540 to over 1700, exclusive of Maori members. The financial report, which was adopted, showed the receipts during the year to be £165, and the expenditure £94 A sum of £1951 passed through the hands of the local unions.
