AN AWKWARD STRIKE.
POSTAL. TELEGRAPHIC AND TELEPHONE EMPLOYEES. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Per Press Association.) Px\RIS. March 16. A general strike of the French postal, telegraph and telephone employees has taken place. It is alleged to be tho result of oppressive and tyrannical regulations. Businese in many centres is at a standstill and 20,000 telegraph messages are blocked in Paris. English messages are greatly delayed.
