WOMEN KILLED AT SANTO. . QUESTION IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Peb Pbess Association.) LONDON, March 2. The Rt. Hon. R. McKeima, First Lord of the Admiralty, replying to the Rt. Hon. Sir C. W. Dilke, M.P. for the Forest of Dean Division of Gloucestershire, said he regretted the killing of women during the punitive expedition to Santo Island, New Hebrides, from H.M.S. Prometheus. This was due to the clothes of the women not distinguishing them from the men.
