Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report :—At our Feilding sale on Friday the 18th inst., we had a good entry both of sheep and cattle, alt of which sold readily under the hammer. We quote:—Small 2-th wethers 10s 6d, good 2-th wethers lis 6d, 2-th ewes lis 7d, mixed woolly hoggets 13s Id, mixed yearlings 23s 6d, small yearling heifers 20s, 2-yr heifers 41s, forward cows to £3 2s, fat cows £3 14s to £3 15s. A line of 150 Shorthorn yearling heifers sold in conjunction with the N.Z. Loan and Mercantile-Agency Co., Ltd., realised 255. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., Feilding, report as follows:—At-Kimbolton, on Tuesday, a small yarding came forward. We effected a clearance at following rates:—3-yr steers, small, £3; «mpty heifers, 30s; cows in calf, backward, to £3; empty cows, 30s; weaner pi,gs, 14s. At Feilding, on Friday, there was a fair yarding of sheep, and a medium one of cattle. Both.sheep and cattle sold fairly well. Fat woolly ewes, 14s 7d; shorn ewes,.Bs. lid; small shorn hoggets, 9s 7d; yearling to 15-mos steers, £2 7s; mixed yearlings, 255.
