TURKEY'S PARLIAMENT.
OPENED BY THE SULTAN. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Peb Press Association.) Received December 18, 8.30 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, December 17. The Sultan was loudly cheered to-day when proceeding in the State coach to open Parliament in St. Sophia Square. The police and military guarded five miles of streets, and there wero thousands of provincial and Egyptian visitors. Exiles to the number of 86,00U have returned since the proclamation of the Constitution.
