BOMB FACTORIES. (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Per Press Association CALCUTTA, June 8. Startling developments have followed the trial of thirty-two men in Calcutta on charges of sedition and conspiracy. . Evidence has been produced showing that a conspiracy has been in progress since 1905, the object of the instigators being to effect the emancipation of India from British rule. Witnesses have testified that dynamite cartridges and a full plant for the manufacture of bombs was unearthed in a garden at Manick Tollah, with copies of a circular stating that the "sweets"—meaning tho bombs —would be read for distribution when the time was ripe. What is believed to bo a branch of the Manick Tollah Factory has been discovered at Sylhet, a town in Assam, where similar explosions have been found.
