Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Palmerston North, report having sold on account of Messrs H. Fraser and Son, Komako, their well-known Woodlands estate property, comprising 1262 acres of first-class grazing country to Mr R. Port, of Raumai, at a satisfactory figure. LONDON MARKETS. Dalgety and Co., Ltd.. Wellington, have received the following cable message from their London house, dated Ist inst.:—There is a fair demand for leather, but prices are unchanged. Wellington, have received advice by cable from their London office stating that an interim dividend of 3s per share has been declared for the half-year ending 31st December last, being at the rate of 6 per fcCent. per annum.
