Milligan was elected Mayor unopposed for the fourth consecutive term of office, and Mr Nicholson was unopposed for Hampden. TIMARU, April 22. Two candidates have been nominated for the mayoralty— J. Craigie and T. Hawkey. The former is the present mayor, and the latter a member of the Borough Council for fourteen years.
