RULES AND REGULATIONS. ENTRIES will be received by the Managing Steward up till 9 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, APRIL Bth, 1908. WEIGHTS for the First Day's Races will be declared on FRIDAY, APRIL WEIGHTS for the Second Day's Races will be declared on SATURDAY EVENING, APRIL 18th, at 9 p.m., at the Offices of the Club (next Pier Hotel), Custom-house Quay. All ponies not previously measured will require a measurement certificate before being eligible to run. All handicaps, with the exception of the Easter Cup Handicap, will bo started on a minimum of 8.0, the Easter Cup Handicap will be started on a minimum Any winner during the day is liable to be re-handicapped. Accommodation for ponies and attendants can be, arranged for. No pony allowed to start whose nomination fee is unpaid. l This meeting will be run under the rules, regulations and by-laws of the Wellington Pony and Galloway Racing Club. , .'
