TARANAKI RACES. Per Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, March 26. The second day of the Taranaki Autumn Meeting was held in fine weather. Results: — • Pukotori Hack Hurdles.—lmmolation 1, Bushranger 2, Speciosa 3. Also started : Black Squall, Mosken, and Star Rose. Won by five lengths. Black Squall fell. Time, 2min 51sec. Grandstand Handicap.—Moriarty 1, Waihuku 2, Kareroa 3. Also started: St. Maria, Supplement, and Pylades. Won by half a fength. Time, Imin 2 2-5 Wharoppa Hack.—lnaha 1, Nukutihi 2, Silver Lead 3. x\lso started: Billow, Hydraulic, C'rucinella, Burton, Mistress. Won all the way by two lengths. Time, Imin 17sec. Paul Memorial Handicap.—Signor 1, Scotty 2, Daisy Paul 3. Also started: Mahuta, Silver Shell, and Starirm. Mahuta and Daisy Paul led to the distance, where Scotty came up fast, followed by Signor.
