THE MAYORALTY.
CR. NASH A CANDIDATE.
In response to further representations from electors, and having made the necessary business arrangements, Mr J. A. Nash announces in our advertising columns that he has decided to be a candidate for tho Mayoralty. He intends to address the electors on borough matters at an early date. A number of ratepayers, by advertisement, call a meeting of all interested in Mr Nash's candidature for to-night, at 8 o'clock, in tho supper-room at the Opera House. Those interested in Mr R. Essex's candidature for the Mayoralty are invited to attend a meeting at his residence this evening, commencing at 8 j>.m.
