Penalties.—Flat Races: The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71b, and of any additional race or races a further penalty of 51b. Hurdles: The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for any additional hurdle race 71b extra.
