In the Supreme Court this morning Mr Justico Denniston sentenced three prisoners who had pleaded guilty in thtj lowor court to charges of the theft of bicycles, perjury, and forgery and uttering. Ernest Vaughan, aged 18 years, on three charges of forgery, got probation for two ycars ; on condition that ho remain under the control of the Samaritan Home authorities for six months. Arthur Duffey, 24, on. eight charges of bicycle thefts, was' sentenced in all to three years.'
