"The Rest," who began their innings on Friday, finished yesterday with 289. MeKenzie (33), Bardslov (34). Warne (35), Mayne (32), Dolling (30). Laver (61). Australia lost 8 wickets for 412. The first six fell for 225, then Noblo and Gregory altered the complexion of the game. Tho principal scores wore: — Ransford 63, Hill 52. Noble 87. Gregory 106, Armsti-ong 37. Windsor (not out) 31. Trumper made a "duck."
