Hurdle Races. —The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights " to carry a penalty of 101b, and for every additional race 71b extra. Flat Races.—The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry ft penalty of 10lb, and of every additional rece a further penalty of 61b extra. ■ Hcrses handicapped at Bst 101b and over to carry only half the above penalties.
