Hurdle Races.—The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 101b, and for every additional race 71b extra. Flat Races. —The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry * penalty of 101b, and of every additional roce a further penalty of 61b extra.
