WELLINGTON, February 13. William Wallace, a married man, aged 28 years, was injured by a fall of earth while employed in excavating: at Wadestown an Tuesday. He died in the Wellington Hospital yesterday. NELSON, February 13. The inquest on the death of Mrs Lydia Tilbury, killed in a collision between a coach and train at Appleby ■ on February Ist, was resumed yesterday, when the jury' inspected the scone of the accident. The hearing of evidence was deferred. The condition of the coach driver, Brickland, who was injured internally, is still serious. NAPIER, Feb. 13. At the inquest on the body of Maurice Langley, found drowned near the breakwater yesterday morning, a verdict of suicide while of unsound mind was returned. WAIROA, Feb. 13. Information has been received that J. W. Fawcett was drowned at Morere hot springs. He and three companions went to the baths. The latter went inside and left deceased bathing outside in a pool. When they came out they found him dead.
