INSPECTION "OF VEHICLES.— Notice is hereby given that a parade of licensed goods carts and expresses will be held in the Square, between the Commercial Hotel and the Post Office, on Thursday, 13th day of February, 1908, at 7.15 a.m. A parade of licensed hackney carriages will be held on Friday morning, 14th February, 1908, at the same place, at the hour of 9 a.m. All licensed vehicles must be on parade, as an expert residing outside Palmerston has been appointed, and the work of examination must be done in a given time.
