THE DAIRY SCHOOL.
The Hon. R. McNab proceeded to Feilding to-day to inspect the site offered *>y Mr F. LethVidgo, M.P., for the da.ry school should the Government decide to erect it in that township. A lengthy programme had been arranged, which included a drive through the Kimbolton, Waituna and Stanway districts to-day, while to-morrow it was proposed to take the Minister through tho Sandon, Kongotea. Kairanga, Bunnythorpe, and Colyton districts. It was found, however, that the programme would have to be curtailed considerably, as the -Minister was unable to sparo the time to remain in i eliding to-morrow." The arrangements for to-morrow had therefore to be aban .doncd. . About 1.30 a largo party in motorcars, including tho Hon. R. McNab, left Feilding on a visit to Cheltenham and other outlying districts, and on returning to the township this afternoon an adjournment will be made to Mr Leth'bridge's residence, whero speeches will be delivered in support of the establishment of the dairy school •in Feilding The Hon. R. McNab will be driven to, AVanganui this evening in Mr E. Short's car. and to-morrow morning he will pro•ceed to Hawera to inspect the proposed .dairy school site there.
