COLES' MUSIC WAREHOUSE. The name of Coles 'in connection with the sale of music and .musical instruments has become a household . word thioughout the Manawatu, and even as far North as Taranaki and over the greater portion of the Hawke s Bay. This reputation was by dint of foresight on the part of. Mr_ Coles, in that" he selected instruments from tried makers, who are noted for giving reliable, instruments and good value. . To maintain his well-earned reputation, and to keep pace with the demands' of a growing business, Mr Coles had erected for his use a fine new building, which he is now occupying. Larger premises induce a heavier stock, and with a view to that end Mr Coles has made arrangements with the makers for the supply , of regula'r shipments of pianos 'and. organs of the best known makes. Theso include the beautifully-finished and finetoned Collard and Coljard, an Englishmade piano that is known the world over for its full, rich tone that commends itself to musicians; the Broadwood, White and Co., a pianoforte of sound construction in accordance with the latest scientific knowledge, and one that has attracted a very large sale; the Gors and Kallmann and R. Barthol piano, of German make; the elegant pianos by Ajello and Sons, which have secured awards wherever exhibited; and the British Piano Co.'s pianos. All these instruments are from well-known makers, who have been for many years in the business, and are thus possessed of a knowledge that enables them to . turn out a very superior article. Mr Coles also has a good selection of Carpenter organs, these instruments having secured high awards for excellence of construction and good tone. With a view to bringing these instruments prominently before the public, Mr Coles will make a special display on Saturday (to-morrow) evening, and he cordially invites an inspection of the instruments displayed in his arcade, which is 155 feet long. Anyone purchasing instruments from Mr Coles is given a warranty, for ten years, and very easy terms may be arranged.
