Per Press Association. v AUCKLAND, December 1. Fine weather prevailed for the con tinuation of the Auckland A. and P. Show yesterday, the attendance constituting- a record. The principal additional awards are: — Champion dairy cow, E. D. McLennan's Buttdrcup; cow, three years old or over, any breed, in milk, E. D. McLennan's Buttercup 1, E. D. McLennan's Darkie 2, J. E. Gavey's'Rosella 3; cow under three years, any breed, in milk, Wm. M. Tapp's Marigold 11. 1, W. J. Hall's Nellie 2; best type of dry dairy cow, three years old or over, guaranteed in calf. W. J. Hall's Empress 1, Mrs R. Archibald's Polly 2; pen of three Shorthorn heifers (calved since July Ist, 1905), suitable for dairy purposes, bred by the exhibitor, Wm. Taylor 1, Geo. Winstone 2.
The chief ring competitions resulted as follows: —High jump, D. Gorrie's Skipper, sft; champion lady rider, Miss West; bareback competition, Miss Ethel Abbott; gentleman rider, W. Innes Taylor.
