" STOLYPIN'S NECKERCHIEF." (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Per Press Association. Received December 2, 8.9 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 1. Following M. Stol.ypin's justification of the Government in the Douma, M. Rodicheff, a member of the Cadet party, declared the hangman's noose would henceforth be known as " Stolypin's neckerchief." The members of the Right rushed the tribune , and attempted to assault M. Rodicheff. The Left made a counter rush and rescued him. The sitting was suspended.
