Rules and Regulations:—All entries to be sealed and addressed to the secretary, Otaki, with name of horse, pedigree and age, name of owner and trainer, and clours of the rider. A fine of 20s will be imposed for every alteration in colours. All races to be run under the -lule3 of Racing as adopted by New Zealand Racing Conference. Stakes paid in full. HEM A R.
