FORMIDABLE ADDITIONS
(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.} Per Press Association. Received April 13th, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, April 12. A Dreadnought has been ordered in England by Japan. It will be completed in 1009, and will carry twelve 12-inch, ten 8.3-inch. and twelve 4.7 guns. A sister ship is being built in Japan.
Native reports state that China's new navy will cost annually twelve million taels, including a dozen submarines.
