Hospital Sunday.

(To the Editor)

Sin, —It Mr Lionel Abraham's letter was really written for the purpose of enlightening me, I am sorry to say it has altogether failed in its object. The Rev. C. C. Harper preached and published a sermon objecting to the above movement on the ground that it had the effect ofc turning the Sunday into a money-making day, and yet collections are made in. his cliurcii on the Sundays and I believe at Easter for the benefit of Mr Harper himself. Such a position seemed to me and still seems to me to be quite untenable and one that should not 'be allowed to go unchallenged.—l am. etc,, James J. Bagxall.
